Refund Policy
Due to the customized and personalized nature of resume and career services, all sales are final.
Once work has commenced, drafts have been delivered, or consultations have been completed, no refunds will be issued, in whole or in part. This applies to single-service purchases, bundled services, and payment plans.

Purchase Terms
By purchasing our Services, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method.
You consent to being contacted by email or phone regarding order fulfillment, revisions, or service-related issues.
All Services are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
Revisions Policy
Unless otherwise specified at purchase, resume and document services may include a limited number of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within the time frame stated at purchase or delivery.
Requests outside the included scope may incur additional fees.
Charge backs & Disputes
If you experience any issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first at

By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy and understand that initiating a charge back in lieu of communication constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to dispute charge backs and report fraudulent activity to appropriate payment processors, databases, or credit agencies as permitted by law.

Payment Plans

Promotions & Pricing
Promotional pricing is offered at our discretion and is not retroactive. Previous purchases are not eligible for refunds or price matching due to later promotions.
Lifetime Access (If Applicable)At Present Time We Do Not Offer this Service.
If “lifetime access” is offered for templates or digital resources, it refers to the operational lifetime of the Company—not the purchaser’s lifetime.
Access is non-transferable and may be discontinued if the Company ceases operations or retires the resource.
No Guarantees
We guarantee only that the Services purchased will be delivered as described.
